How to obtain bank statements from neobanks: Wise, Revolut, KOHO, and other

You may need a bank statement for financial management or transaction verification. Here’s how to retrieve statements from Wise, Revolut, KOHO, American Express and other neobanks.

Wise

  • On the website: Log into your account, select the relevant balance, and go to "Details" → "Statements and reports." Specify the time period, select the file format (PDF or CSV), and download the document.
  • In the app: Open the desired balance, tap the three dots, select "Statement," configure the parameters, and save the file.

Revolut

  • In the app: Open the app, go to the "Home" tab, select the account, and tap "More." Find "Statement," choose the time period and format (PDF or Excel), generate the document, and save it.

KOHO

  • In the app: Log into the app, navigate to the "History" or "Transactions" section. Look for the export option, set the parameters, and either download the file or send it to your email.
