Let’s go through the Profee transfer process. We focus on sending money from one bank card to another, if you choose other options, the process may be a bit different. Before the transfer, make sure you have a Profee account, with all the necessary information provided.
- Choose the country where you are living now and the country which is your transfer destination. Check the amounts to be sent and received. If you are sending money from one currency to another, we offer you a favourable exchange rate. If you need to pay a fee for your transfer, you will see the exact amount.
- Choose how you’d like to pay for the transfer and enter the necessary details: your card’s number, your first and last names, the expiration date and the CVV or CVC code. Please, note that your card must be issued in your country of residence (where you are living now). We do not accept cards without CVV or CVC codes to keep the transfers secure.
- Fill in the recipient’s details. You may send money to yourself (for example, to your card issued in another country) – in this case, you only need to enter the card number. If you are sending money to someone else, you need to enter their first and last names, as well as their card number.
- Check that the details are correct and click ‘Send.’ You will need to enter your bank’s confirmation code – no money is charged before that.
