How does the Profee bot work?
Profee's AI bot can check your proof of identity and residence almost instantly. We trained the bot to detect possible fake images, including screenshots or low-quality photos. A special solution designed for money transfer clients is implemented into the verification process to minimise fraud. The bot will ask to upload a different image if a document's photo looks suspicious.
Apart from providing the necessary documents, we will ask you to go through the liveness check: it is even easier than taking a selfie! We will ask you to turn on your front camera and to move your head – no need to upload your photo and wonder if it fits the standard! Besides, your liveness check video is not saved in our system, so going through the procedure is entirely safe.
