82% of those who use Profee's money transfer service are willing to recommend it to their peers, a recent survey reveals.
The company surveyed over 10,000 of its customers to evaluate customer loyalty levels using the Net Promoter Score (NPS) metric. Respondents rated a probability score from 1 ("not willing to recommend") to 10 ("will definitely recommend") to indicate how likely they are to recommend Profee to a friend or colleague.
The NPS study allows you to determine how many among the users of the services are promoters (those who answered with a score of 9 or 10), detractors (from 1 to 6) and liabilities (7 or 8). The score is calculated as the difference between the share of supporters and the share of opponents. The survey results show that 82% of respondents are promoters versus 7% Detractors; thus, the NPS is 75. This is one of the highest rates in the international money transfers and payments market. A similar survey conducted by Profee six months ago, in March 2022, gave an NPS result of 71 points.
According to Delighted, a service that assesses NPS across industries, the average score for car dealers is 48, retail 35, fast food 30, hospitality 37, and airlines 37.
Interestingly, for traditional financial services and organisations, the average NPS is relatively low: 32 for banks, 30 for credit cards, or 40 for investments, Delighted's data shows.
Profee's strong performance on the customer satisfaction metrics indicates a high level of customer loyalty. The company keeps a top user rating on Trustpilot, where it holds an 'excellent' rating of 4.7/5.
