Profee is a global remittance service that takes your online money transfer experience to a new level. You may have got an invitation link from your friend, or learnt about us some other way – in any case, you need to register at Profee to make your first transfer.
What do you need to become a Profee customer?
We want our transfers to be simple yet secure. We ask you for basic information only, but we still pay a lot of attention to it!
Your phone number – you will receive confirmation codes when logging in. Make sure you have access to the phone number you fill in!
Your email – you will receive important information, such as your account updates and transfer receipts. Make sure noone else has access to your mail.
Your current country of residence – add the country where you are living now – and your address there.
Your country of nationality – add the country where you hold citizenship.
Mariami studies in Paris, France, and rents a studio not far from her campus. She is from Georgia, her parents live there, and Mariami sends money to them from time to time. When registering at Profee, Mariami chose France as her country of current residence, and Georgia as the country of her nationality.
Gustav is from Austria. He goes on trips to Moldova with his wife and kids twice a year and sometimes sends money to his wife’s parents there. When registering at Profee, Gustav chose Austria as his country of residence and as his country of nationality.
How to register at Profee website?
Enter your phone number
Enter a valid phone number. You will be using it to log into your Profee account.
Enter your country of residence.
This is the country you are living in, and when you will be increasing your transfer limit, we will ask you for a proof of address in your country of residence. While you may send Profee transfers to over 50 destinations, the list of the countries of transfers’ origin is a bit shorter. They include Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and some other countries of the European Economic Area.
Milena is from Montenegro. She works abroad and sends money to her own account. She also transfers money to her parents from time to time. She learnt about Profee about a year ago; back then, she lived and worked in Serbia and couldn’t use Profee transfers. This year, she moved to Malta, and became a Profee customer.
Enter your email
That is pretty simple. Just make sure you are entering a valid email address, that you have access to it – and that noone else knows the password. We need your emails to send you important information, including transfer receipts and legal updates. Your email may also be needed if you contact Profee customer care.
Enter the confirmation code
You will receive a confirmation code via SMS, so be sure to check your cell phone.
That’s it! Your profile is created. Before you send money for the first time, we will ask you to provide more information:
Your first and last names
You need to fill in your full name and surname, as they are written in your ID, i.e. your passport
Your date of birth
The format for your date of birth is dd.mm.yyyy.
Mariami was born on May 7th, 2004. Before her first transfer, she entered her birth date: 07.05.2004.
Gustav was born on July 5th, 1994. Before his first transfer, he entered his birth date: 05.07.1994.
Your address
Enter the address where you are registered in Europe, including your city, street name, postal code, house number, and apartment number.
Mariami studies in Paris, France, and lives not far from her university. Even though she is from Tbilisi, Georgia, and she comes there from time to time to visit her family and friends, when she was creating her Profee profile, she shared her address in Paris.

Enter your phone number
We need a phone number you have access to. You will receive confirmation codes via SMS to enter your account.
Enter your personal details
You need to indicate your name, surname, date of birth (dd.mm.yyyy) and country of citizenship. Please, make sure to enter your full name – as it goes in your passport. Mind your birth date format: first goes the day, then the month.
Bogdan was born on November 1st, 1987. When he was registering at Profee, he entered his date of birth: 01.11.1987
At this point, we need you to provide the country of your citizenship – even if you are currently living in a different one.
Bogdan is from Bucharest, Romania, but he lives in Berlin, Germany. When registering at Profee, he chose Romania as his country of citizenship.
Enter your email and create a password.
You need to fill in an email noone else has access to – because we will send you important information, including receipts, legal changes and more.
The password should be at least 8 characters long; make sure you are not using it for other websites or services. After that, enter a confirmation code.
Enter your current address
Enter the address where you are registered in Europe, including your city, street name, postal code, house number, and apartment number. You may allow the app to access your location – this will make entering the address simpler.
When Milena was creating her account at Profee, she entered her address in Malta, even though she is from Montenegro and has a house there.
Secure your profile
Create a pin code to enter your account at Profee app. Do not use the code that someone else may know. You may also be offered to use Face ID to enter Profee app, if this is convenient for you.
All set! After you finish creating your profile, you may proceed to your first transfer right away.
